Hilton AbuDhabi Yas Island

Breakfast was excellent, with a wide and well-balanced spread catering to different tastes. The quality and freshness of the food were consistently good, and there were plenty of options to choose from. The overall breakfast experience was very enjoyable.

There was nothing to highlight — the overall experience was very pleasant.

Location, staff are excellent, facilities are good

Popular so can be busy. Little pricey $$.

The best hotel in the island. Love how close it’s to restaurants and fine dining. Also they helped us with the tickets to Ferrari world for free

The breakfast was too crowded and wasn’t the best yet it was not bad either

The Hilton is in a perfect location when there is a concert at Yas Arena. There is also the best steakhouse in the UAE (Nuri).

All good

Everything. Great hotel, wonderfull staff. The room was clean with a great view of the bay.

Location

While taking shower found out that shower gel bottle was empty, then shower drain was plugged and water flooded all over bath room. Manager promised to change room by phone, then disappeared. This is not you expect when you choose 5 star hotel for New Year celebration.

The location is perfect, and its walking distance to the Etihad arena. Positioned really well at the Yas Island and all the parks are very easily accessible. Hotel is great too, they had some wonderful christmas decor on.

The room service menu was very limited, and i would like liked some more vegan/vegetarian options on the menu.

The Hilton Yas Island is a high class hotel perfectly located when there are concerts at the Yas Arena. They also have one of the best steak house in the UAE.

The little coffee shop near check-in is unfortunately not very efficient. It has only one employee who has to take care of several customers at the same time. I left without ordering.

The location with kids for yas attractions, spacious suite.

The suite had very bad sofa bed gave my son backache the second day he is thin and 4 years only yet it was horrible

Dinner selection / staff / ease of organising tickets for parks / early pool opening times

Beach was closed for repair

All is good but very normal and average

no beach the breakfast was very busy and not very clean, I was not feel very welcoming

Great Facilities, Excellent location and friendly environment

Beach access limited for kids

1. The location is the best one if you intend to visit the parks (Ferrari, WB, Water, Sea). 2. Food quality and variety.3. Room size and facilities.4. Staff at the reception, concierge, restaurant. But those who meet you at the entrance need a lot of improvement, they are in rush to move your bags out of a car, almost throwing them out, and quite unfriendly.

1. Extremely loud music from the pool area and the beach club. Had to message the butler almost every day to reduce the volume. The music and bass are very well heard from rooms, and it is not comfortable to stay long near the swimming pool because of it. This is on top of airplanes flying above the hotel every few minutes because of the airport proximity. The hotel needs to define its positioning - whether it is a family hotel or a hotel for parties.2. Beach club is not available for kids on Friday to Sunday. Again, being located in the middle of amusement parks, and not allowing kids there, is at least strange. Nobody informs about it, and the hotel advertises itself as having a beachfront. 3. We had a very nice room (2BR suite), but located on the ground floor. Hence, all the time you see other guests, hear music, cigarettes smell, etc. Try to avoid ground floor.4. Security guard near the swimming pool are overestimating their job :) Almost everything is not allowed, whistling every 2-3 minutes and shouting on playing kids, looks a lot like a power abuse (especially the one with mustache, the most annoying)5. Kids zone with a small pool is quite dirty and requires renovation. Have not checked the kids club inside, but outside is not good at all. Only the small football court is fine. 6. We enjoyed the food and service in the main restaurant. But the Korean grill restaurant is overpriced for this quality and does not have proper ventilation, the smoke of fried meat is dense.

Top level Hilton stay but for us the big bonus was the tickets to the theme parks. in addition the breakfast is a celebration of tastes.

Nothing, everything was great.

Amazing location, alor of things around there. Great clean and comfortable room. The spa also was nice. Will recommend definitely for whoever is looking for a place to stay in Abu Dhabi.

Too many kids at the pool area. I couldn’t enjoy the pool at all.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel . It was very close to the main parks which was good as we were with kids. The staff was very helpful and professional.

It doesn’t have a beach because of the location. Staying at the hotel gives you access to Yas beach 5 minutes away by car.

Outstanding ! Location, pool lobby

Nothing all was prefect for family

Nice property, clean , good swimming pool..Lounge access is very good. Decent spread of snacks and drinks is available..

The valet parking team did an awesome job, thank you Gaurav, Pramod, Ahmed, Akhil, and special thanks to Hafeez who made each day special with his big smile and great service.Breakfast was very good. The cleanliness was good. The reception guys who gave us the parks tickets helped us a lot! Sorry, I forgot their names.

Had noise from the bar outside so we had to complain a few times at 10 pm until we got a new room.We also had a flood in the bathroom in the middle of the night while we slept so we had to move again to a new room. Each time the sofa bed wasn't ready for us and there were not enough towels for all of us so we had to call the reception and wait.

Good location The restaurant for the buffet was amazing! Very good selection and good quality of food !

The beds were not very comfortable and facilities were limited
